Kimberly LeBrun McDermott October 31 at 4:41pm I wanted to say thank you to Heidi Flores for giving me a place where I "Need" to show up "Monthly"...So many of us just "Show Up" in our lives. ..once a year or a few times...and well honestly I think it makes it easier for our lives to get away from us...I have always been heavy. .but this Christmas picture was taken in December 2013 up hear at a gift drive for a local charity...it was then that I realized how unhealthy I had become. .and I began my journey to better health later that year...it has been a roller coaster but I would like to say that thanks to this group and all its members. .I continue to show up in My own life and have been moving in the right direction...The most important part of our journey is the reason we are traveling it...for me I choose to travel the road to better health to be a better me for the people who love me...and to share my life with them...thank you all for being a part of my life Like Comment |
