Christina Godbey November 23 at 9:50pm Easy Sausage, Pepper and Zucchini Skillet Ingredients: 8 oz sausage 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 yellow bell pepper 1/2 Zucchini Onion (I used onion powder) Olive oil salt and pepper to taste Directions: Cut up bell peppers and onion and saute in the olive oil for about 5 minutes. If you are using onion powder, sprinkle that on after the peppers have cooked. While that's cooking slice the zucchini and sausage. Add it to the skillet and cook until the sausage is browned and the zucchini is tender. Season with salt and pepper. You can eat it just like that or maybe over some rice.
