Ingredients 1 Cup of Broccoli Slaw (or more) 1 Pkg of Angel Hair Miracle Noodles (NO CARBS, NO CALORIES) 1/4 Cup Cooked Chicken Breast (or more) 1 Tbsp sliced Green Onion Peanut Sauce 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp Water 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 Tsp Sesame Oil 1/4 Tsp Sriracha (more or less to your palate, it's spicy!) 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger 1/4 Tsp Stevia Directions Saute broccoli slaw until it is tender crisp, add chicken at the end to heat then set aside. Open package of miracle noodles, and rinse under cold water for 2 minutes. Transfer noodles to a small pot of boiling water and boil on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and dry roast them in a frying pan stirring often on medium high heat until they are "squeaky" (about 5 minutes). This process eliminates the "fishy" odor of the noodles, and makes them totally palatable. Peanut Sauce - Using a small whisk, mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. You can adjust all of the ingredients to your liking. There is more than enough sauce, so use what you would like. Pile the noodles, broccoli slaw, and chicken onto your plate, top with peanut sauce, then the green onions! ENJOY!
