You can follow any of the days you want as they are all the same nutrition wise. The book is reduced from $150 down to $89 including postage .. And I will also send you . brochures weekly, to keep you motivated and help you with new strategies in areas you may be having problems with. I also include food exchange list's so you can exchange foods that you may be allergic to. Or you dont like, or is not in season.
