[Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group] Way to go, love!!

I started my weight loss journey on January 13 with Skinny Fiber. I have not changed anything else in my life. I did not change my diet or increase my exercise. I wanted to see exactly what just using Skinny Fiber would do for me. As of today, February 17th, I have released 15 pounds (I say released not lost, because when you lose something you try to find it again and I don't want it back. ) I am also down 17 inches. I have noticed that my clothes are a lot loser and I have more energy. My knees also are not bothering me so much and my blood pressure is going down. Not bad for my first month right? I can't wait to see what happens in my second month when I add in diet and exercise.
