[Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group] Do You Drink Enough Water <3

Christina Godbey posted in Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group .       Christina Godbey July 1 at 4:19am   Do You Drink Enough Water <3 The lowdown on staying hydrated A common refrain we hear is that the key to staying hydrated is drinking eight glasses of water a day. While this is a good barometer, the easiest way to know how much to drink is to simply obey your thirst. Drink when your body tells you it's thirsty. Don't wait—by the time you feel parched, you have already lost 1 to 2 percent of your body's water. There are a few ways you can judge whether you're hydrated enough. If your urine is clear or pale yellow, you're set. You can also measure it by drinking as much water as it takes to keep your lips and mouth moist throughout the day. If you're tired, you may be dehydrated. One hidden cause of fatigue is mild dehydration. Just a little deficit can make you feel drained. If you're feeling somewhat low on energy, a glass of water (instead of a bag of M&M's) may be the jolt you actually need. Also, remember to sip—not gulp—to get what your body craves. In one study from the University of Toronto, people who downed a glass of water in 15 minutes quickly eliminated most of it the next time they hit the bathroom. But those who slowly sipped held on to much more. In addition to drinking, you can munch, crunch and spoon up water-rich foods. Instead of just drinking water, think about how you can fit fruit, veggies and dairy products into your diet, too. Most healthy foods are also a great source of additional fluids and provide about 20 percent of your daily water needs. One added benefit of staying hydrated is weight loss. In a University of Illinois study, people who drank one, two or three extra glasses of water a day took in between 68 and 205 fewer calories and cut their intake of salt and sugar. Also, two Virginia Tech studies showed that drinking water before meals cut calorie intake by 13 percent and helped middle-aged men and women lose more weight than those who didn't drink water before their meals. Managing The Best About Liposuction That Works

By Jose Reed

Talking about a lot of things are great. It will improve how we should manage things and will give us new reasons to assist us with what are the elements that would be critical for us to get through the basics of it. If we are doing that, it will never be an issue anymore.

As we manage the things we can do with life, we have to look for many factors we can use to our own advantage. Liposuction Michigan are pretty much crucial on this part. We should get to the basic parts of things and gather the right details that are particular for us to go regarding the notions we are making some details about something.

The analyze that we should conduct should be focused on what we wish to learn about. Of course, the way we should do this depends upon what we wish to accomplish in the long run. The learning phase we are creating should be focused on what those benefits would be. Just do not rush on things and manage everything without any hesitation or something like that.

We know that there are basics parts of the whole thing. However, being critical should give you some good points to understand that properly. The more we do that, we have to seek through the benefits of learning through things. We are doing the best way to handle that without making some good methods to assist us with what is there.

As we are making some progress in the long haul, we are putting enough pressure to go about the basic rules that we can ponder into and dig in with the right materials that we wanted to compare and use more about. By doing that, we are not making some benefits, but at least we tried to give it a shot in one way or another

Do not just ask questions because there is something that you wanted to share or you wanted to verify. If you can search that on the web, then go ahead and do that first. In that way, you are saving some of your questions in the process without trying to annoy someone where you are asking that out. Just focus on the details and it will be okay.

To observe with tons of stuffs, we can ponder into the basic parts of it and gather the relevant details we can push ourselves into. Every part of the whole thing and will assist us with what those benefits that we are trying to comply. Making some good news about the learning notions that we can come up with should be critical to do that.

The more tools that we can work into, we have to gather the right information we wish to complaint more about. We have to gather the right references first and seek through the notions we present into and get to the basic of things depending on what the goals would be.

We can keep up with enough reasons about something. As we are putting something up with the whole notions that we might require to change in few cases about.

[Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group] You must Eat High Fat if you are Eating Low Carb,...

Christina Godbey posted in Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group .       Christina Godbey June 30 at 8:54pm   You must Eat High Fat if you are Eating Low Carb, otherwise you will be HUNGRY because your body has nowhere to turn for energy without those carbs. You will also lose muscle instead of fat weight. Your organs need Fat to stay healthy so don't be afraid to eat foods with Fat. If you have or are at risk for heart disease, high cholesterol or diabetes this type of diet may be right for you. Is it really possible to lose weight on a no-starch, high-fat diet, similar to Atkins, without hurting cholesterol levels? Apparently so, even for people with heart disease, according to the latest study on the topic. The new study details the effects of a no-starch, high-fat diet on 23 patients at risk for diabetes. All were overweight, were taking cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, and had been diagnosed with heart disease. The high-saturated fat and no-starch diet was developed eight years ago by endocrinologist James Hays, MD, in an effort to help his diabetic patients. On average, those following his low-carb, high-fat diet lost 5% of their body weight after only six weeks. For example, a 200-pound person would have lost 10 pounds. Importantly, the high-fat diet did not have harmful effects on cholesterol levels. In fact, the participants saw a lowering of the blood fat called triglycerides. "Bad" LDL and "good" HDL cholesterol levels didn't change, but the size of the HDL and LDL molecules increased. Larger LDL molecules are less likely to form artery-clogging plaques. Larger HDL molecules stay around in the body longer to clean up more plaque. "We also saw a significant drop in glucose and insulin levels," Hays tells WebMD. Higher blood sugar (glucose) and insulin levels indicate the early signs of diabetes. Lots of Fat Allowed Under Hays' plan, half of the daily 1,800 calories come from saturated fats -- mostly red meats and cheese. "We're not talking about protein, egg whites, and turkey and white-meat chicken," he says. "We're talking about fat." Just days ago, another study at the American Heart Association's annual meeting compared the low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet to three other popular diets -- the very low-fat Ornish plan, the high-protein, moderate-carb Zone diet, and the low-fat, moderate-carb Weight Watchers plan. When devotedly followed, all produced similar weight loss and reductions in heart disease risk. source:webMD   Like Comment
