The first few days you stick to it and you're so proud of yourself… Then boom… Something happens and dang it...you fall off that wagon. The difference between those who stick to a healthy eating plan and those who quit so easily is this... we either plan to succeed or we plan to fail. Yes, I said we plan to fail. When we do not plan for success… Prepare to stick to our plan by actually MAKING a plan to succeed, then usually, the outcome is failure. Preparation is vital! I'm not saying you have to plan every meal, but jot down a few things in preparation. HAVE A PLAN!!!! Make sure you have all you need to make healthy meals. Healthy snacks are a must to have around the house. If you must, remove all temptations from your home. The way I have been able to stick to a healthy eating plan is to make sure I have everything available that I will need that is healthy. I try to eat every few hours, small but healthy meals. This keeps my body from having cravings for the junk. Skinny Body Max has removed all my cravings for junk food because of the way it helps with digestion and balancing my blood sugar! Some do amazing my planning meals in advance. Some even cook meals that will last three or four days. Many use a log... either a tablet/journal or use an app on their phones! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ My fitness pal is awesome and tracks your food and activity!! The most important thing for you to remember is that each step to a healthy life is progress. Small changes over time will lead you to your goal. This is a marathon not a sprint. Do not starve yourself. Feed your body to feel it needs to work efficiently. Step-by-step… Day by day… Meal by meal… Above all remind yourself you are awesome… You have the control… Everything you put into your mouth is your choice. Every step you take into the right direction makes a difference.
