Less than 2 years ago, I was blessed to start this group with less than 50 people. 2 of the members never believed this group would succeed because I was not encouraging people to be certain size, but to be healthy and happy at whatever size you choose to be. Today, We are more than 28,000 plus members and counting. Something must be going well in this group. You choose your own fitness and health goals. People just provide the information. You be the best you as possible regardless if it is not good enough for someone else. As long as the creator and you are content, that is all that matters!!! I love you all!!!
