I've been trying to tell people this for a while now--- I know you may not BE HUNGRY and that is part of the problem-- when you undereat for a long period of time, your body basically gives up trying to get your attention to get you to eat. What's the point? It's a waste of already waning energy that is needed elsewhere---- Please don't starve yourself. Stop shortsightedly reaching for the goal of becoming skinnier because I promise you, through these methods, you will NEVER be satisfied with what you get and who you are. All you'll be left with is fear, disappointment, and anxiety. Trust me. To a certain extent, I've been there, done that, felt it. Instead, treat your body with respect. Learn to take care of it. EAT. Food isn't an enemy. When it isn't abused, it is fuel. Fuel to carry out your purpose in life, to do the things you love, and simply, to live. Remember that "skinny" does not equate to "healthy" nor does it equate to "beautiful." Be confident in who you are and what you were made for, and you will most definitely be the most beautiful person.
