June 1st i started with Skinny body max at 170lbs 28 days later im at 157.4lbs. I changed my calorie intake to 1220 daily added biking 30 min workouts and kayaking rotating threw the week one activity or the other. I cut out soda and pie and opted for sugar free crush and hawiian punch packets which dropped my drinks from 140cal per serving to between 0 and 5 calories. I substituted sugar free jello and sugar free pudding in for the pies and sweets. My big hurttle though was my sodium levels when i cut out the soda and added more liquid i flushed my sodium from already low levels so to combat that I added pickles as a snack 0cal per serving and loads of sodium. Everything is weighed out and i use my fitness pal to keep track of everything. Way to go to my husband who is looking good! Im so proud of my him for sticking with the plan with me!" Like Comment |
