Spaghetti Squash and Asparagus Bake ... 6 Servings Great bake without all the carbs!!!! 1 medium spaghetti squash 1 small yellow onion, Diced ,,,,,,Optional 3 slices mushrooms 3 spears of asparagus , sliced on an angle 1/4 Diced red pepper 1/2 cup of bacon bites 2 Tbsp of butter (use real, unsalted butter, not margarine) sprinkle of parsley 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of Parmesan flakes Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. Place in a covered dish with a ¼ inch of water and microwave for 10 -12 minutes. In a medium sized skillet over medium heat, add the butter, onions, r, , salt and pepper and cook until the onions are brown in color. Using a fork, scrape the insides of the squash and transfer to a small cooking pan.Mix the squash, onions, mix in asparagus,mushroom,and red peppers, butter and layer with Bacon bites , cheddar cheese. and top with Parmesan Place into a 375º for 20-25 minutes. Another great low carb spaghetti squash recipe!

Spaghetti Squash and Asparagus Bake ...
6 Servings
Great bake without all the carbs!!!!

1 medium spaghetti squash

1 small yellow onion, Diced ,,,,,,Optional
3 slices mushrooms
3 spears of asparagus , sliced on an angle
1/4 Diced red pepper
1/2 cup of bacon bites

2 Tbsp of butter (use real, unsalted butter, not margarine)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan flakes
