[Tina and Friends Weight Loss Support Group] Healthy Almond Flour Pancakes!

Ingredients: 1 Cup Almond flour 1/3 Cup water 2 eggs 2 T. Ground Flax Seed 1 t. cinnamon 1 T. raw honey 1/4 t. sea salt Directions: Put all ingredients into mixing bowl Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. Lightly oil griddle or skillet and heat to medium. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook until other side is brown, 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter - makes 4 pancakes. Optional: Melt butter and pour over pancakes, add honey or sliced fruit of your choice!
